My Story

So, why a food truck? My father came from Italy to the US in the 1970's and met up with his brother Vito (Zio) who was making pizzas in NYC then moved to Scranton, Pennsylvania. So, naturally my father learned the ins and outs of the pizza business. I grew up in a pizzeria and honestly never thought I would be doing a food truck! I am definitely a "foodie" and love to try new restaurants and entertain. I was at a point in my life where I needed a change, so I decided to start a new chapter in my life. I am excited to be venturing out on this new journey. I want to thank my "Hubbie" for pushing me to do what makes me happy and all the support from my children (Mya & Mateo) and the rest of the family.
